CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the total booked services. This fee will be charged to the card on file. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will also be charged 50% of the scheduled services. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time. Your cooperation allows us to continue providing exceptional service to all of our clients.
